Impossible to not have anxiety while waiting, but

Peter 5:6-7 says, "Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." So there must be a way where we can cast our anxieties on him. I felt that I should share this as this is what I have been dealing with lately. It seems impossible to not have anxiety but the first sentence in this book says, "Peace is to be the normal condition for us as believers in Jesus Christ." This is a hard concept for me to digest as life seems full of stresses and absent of peace. But, as believers in Christ we are privileged to be able to accept the peace He has for us and know that all doubts can be absorbed through the knowledge of being a believer.
