It's not offical,but till we hear otherwise.

We have heard that it takes about 10-14 dys for China to translate our paperwork and log us in. Some people say they never get a log in date, and only receive their Travel Approval. So we decided we would start counting Friday, September 15th as day 1. We will keep everyone posted.
